Introduction of GRP Seal Plate

GRP Seal Plate, also known as grp fiber seal plate. GRP Seal Plate is produced on semi-automatic machines with high output, high quality and low price, and is a typical lightweight and high-strength material. It can be used in certain parts of buildings with moisture resistance requirements, and is usually used in conjunction with well rings. Manhole Cover and Frame is fitted with a Sealing Plate to prevent ingress as well as the escape of toxic odour. GRP plate acts as a protective barrier against the release of odours and the corrosive properties of sewer gases. The integral push fit rubber seal is bonded in during manufacture to match the dimensions of the appropriate frame, thus, allowing a perfect push fit on the frame.

GRP raw material in vinyl-Ester grade resin, ECR mat 450㎡& 300㎡ and C-glass tissue, matching EPDM rubber ring,

The current size of GRP sealing plate is CO600& CO800,

Thickness:

The thickness is 3mm/5mm/7mm, also can be produced according to customer requirements.
